If you’re looking for a deeper understanding of your practice, as well as yourself, then this Ayurveda workshop with Cayla is for you. This 2-hour discussion and asana-based workshop will help you understand how the elements earth, fire, water, air and ether are intricately linked to your personality, your appetite, the seasons, and even your yoga practice. This workshop will include personality tests and discussion, as well as three 30-minute practices focused on vinyasa, power vinyasa, and yin yoga. We all crave balance and this workshop will give you the insight and information to find that balance in your everyday life.

About the teacher: Cayla began the practice of yoga as a new workout in her life and soon found out there was so much more yoga had to offer. The practice and study of yoga inspires her with feelings of empowerment, compassion, and self-love. She became a teacher to help inspire these feelings in others. Cayla’s classes are playful with a focus on building acceptance and curiosity to take off the mat and into the world!
