Rebel Yin
Thursdays, 7:30-8:30pm with Cayla
No down-dogs, no sweating, no experience necessary. Nothing to do but breathe and stretch. The shape of the poses allows gravity to access deeper connective tissues such as fascia, tendons and ligaments. This practice will increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. Although poses can be intense at times, we promise you’ll leave feeling blissed out and ready to take on the rest of your week.

Sundays, 9-10am with Zoe
Mondays, 5:45-6:45 with Sheila
Wednesdays, 4:45-5:45pm with Lacey
Get ready for a full body workout. Be prepared for a more athletic-styled asana where we strengthen, sweat and ignite our core! We’ll work towards more advanced poses in each class but no matter what you will leave feeling sweaty, empowered and Rebel Strong.

Rebel Flow

Ready to sweat, stretch and flow? This is a Vinyasa class that uses creative, fluid movements to help you reach new heights in your practice. Rebel Flow will advance your flexibility and your strength and will leave you feeling open, free and ready to flow through the rest of your day.
